Just for fun (and I have a hard time thinking of what to make for him) I decided to make green eggs and yes, spam. We don't have ham very often but we did have some spam in the cupboard. I know it doesn't really look all that appetizing but what can I say? I think he liked it. So, here it is, green eggs and spam.

the eggs are green because I added some pureed peas. I'm trying to sneak vegetables into his diet. I haven't been terribly successful as of yet.
